| Making A Purchase Placing an order with us could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. Remember, you can always remove items from your shopping basket later. You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time during your visit to electronics-online.co.uk by clicking on 'View Cart' at the top of the page. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping basket, proceed to the checkout by clicking on 'Checkout' at the top of the page. You will then be asked for a few details which we need to process your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Solo credit/debit cards as methods of payment. Once your order has been completed, a receipt will be displayed on the screen which you may print for your records and an order confirmation email will be sent to you. If you experience any difficulties during the ordering process, please call our sales line on (01494) 461777 where a member of staff will be happy to help you. Alternatively, please email us on orders@electronics-online.co.uk. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Standard shipping to the UK is £3.99 per item. If more than one item is ordered, shipping is £3.49 on the second item, £2.99, on the third item and £2.49 on each subsequent item. |
| Delivery Schedule Once we receive your completed order, we aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days. You will be charged when your order is ready for despatch. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery) or CityLink. If we are experiencing delays in fulfilling your order or if the product(s) you require are no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event that an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of expected delivery dates and give you the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait. You will not be charged until the item you have ordered is back in stock. |

| Returns Policy No Fault Returns: You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery, credit card and administration charges. The goods must be unused and 'as new' in their original box and packaging including all manuals and accessories. You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery and we will issue you with return instructions. It will then be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk with 14 days of contacting us. Goods received back 'as new' but incomplete with missing components and accessories - the cost of the accessories will be charged to you. Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you. Faulty Returns - Dead on Arrival: A product is deemed to be 'dead on arrival' if it shows symptoms of hardware failure preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box. In such instances please contact our customer support helpline within 7 days from the delivery date. You can then either return the faulty item directly yourself or we will organise a collection from your home. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our technical engineers you will be offered the following options: 1. Replacement 2. Repair If the product is not deemed to be faulty by our technicians then you will be offered the following options: 1. Return of the goods - the cost of delivery charged to you. The manufacturers guarantee will apply to all items reported to be faulty after 7 days from delivery. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
