Shipping Information

I don’t live in the UK, can I still order?

We can ship to most countries. If your country appears in the shipping destination drop down list at the checkout we can accept your order.

Do I need to set up an account to order?

Yes. Just enter your details to set up an account. This will hold your cart contents between visits, provide a purchase history, store shipping addresses, etc.

Can I add to an order I just placed?
Check your order history. If the order status is “Pending” or “Processing” place a new order, and let us know by email or chat support and we will amend your orders into one order.

Can I send you a list of components for my project?
Unfortunately, we have neither the time nor resources to provide a personal shopper service. If there is a particular item you can’t find we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. We have had customers buy a single resistor.

Will I receive lots of unsolicited email?

No. Our cart system will only send emails confirming your order status and any product updates you may have requested. We do not pass your details on to any third party.

How Do I Track My Order?
